Quality of Airline has gradually deteriorated

What started off as a good airline is unfortunately now a complacent organization.


While at first this airline offered good service along with the good quality of equipment they possess, the quality of their service has now unfortunately gone down quite drastically. I never had a problem with them before, but strangely, for the last 3-4 months, I have run into a multitude of problems with this airline, ranging from the call center executives being extremely inept, to them not having the food I requested after they themselves told me that it was available(because they ran out.) on several occasions, to them remaining tight-lipped about flight delays. I understand that flight delays are out of an airline’s power to control. But other airlines do inform passenger if and when there is a delay. The Kingfisher policy seems to be to withhold this information from passengers. All the problems I have run into are in some way connected with the people working for the organization, not with the organization itself, so maybe they should consider being more selective about whom they hire.


Overall very dissatisfied despite their in-flight facilities, and surely will not be flying this airline again.
