Kingfisher has the best cabins (excluding Red), but the worst ever customer service, even by the abysmal standards set by airlines in general.
The scheduling is generally off, flights are cancelled willy nilly and they put you on ridiculous routes/times as replacement choices, the food is quite bad. I never thought I’d say this but even Air India/Indian Airlines from the 90s had better customer service than Kingfisher provides currently. Among the current airlines I’ve flown on Jet, JetLite, Air India, Indigo, Spice, Kingfisher/Kingfisher Red and Kingfisher takes the prize for the worst possible customer service.
