As Gold member we do receive those upgrade vouchers from time to time. We used to feel good about the same, not anymore. Last 2 years, every time we attempted to use the same Kingfisher turned it down on some reason or other. And it surely could not be coincidence.
Its sad to see an airline that used be benchmark for customer centricity in this country. We hope Mr. Mallya is as interested in this business as he used to be.

Accessing customer service is almost reaching god. You have to dial and keep hoping that someone will pick.Customer service agents(expect for language proficiency) has started reminding of any average customer indifferent organisation.
