I had cancelled my ticket on the 20th of august and was promised a refund within 14 working days. It has been 3 months but the refund has not come. I have called the airlines atleast 10 times to be told that it will happen this week. but the week never comes. even the contact no.s of banglore are switched off.
I think it is mallyas way of earning money .well, if he comes begging I would have given him more.the airlines has no accountability. No company takes 3 months for refund.and worst is to keep ying that the refund will come through. They also give a email address of mr. eshwar singh , who is non existent.
