The service provided by Kingfisher airline is far from adequate. Punctuality needs considerable improvements. Cabin Crew are not responsive to the needs of the passengers. If they have to remain in business, they have not only to be competitive in fares but also in services provided by the goundstaff as well as cabincrew.
However their flight crew is quite competent and the operating conditions are very goods in terms of ake-off and landing & also maintainaing a fairly good speed with trouble-free engine conditions. This letter should be viewed as an aid towards improvement rather than criticism of the aircraft & its management .TODAY IN THE COMPETITIVE WORLD SERVICE PROVIDED SHOULD AT PAR WITH THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY WHICH IS LACKING VERY MUCH & NEEDS AUGMENTATION AT THE EARLIEST.
Hope the present management will take cognisance of the tips provided and removal of the deficiency shall go a long way in making this air-craft the best not only in India but in the global context.
