Guys, I agree with you all that Kingfisher offer great service but have you ever experienced cancelling or rebooking your tickets.If you cancel you lose lot of money and this is common with all airlines but when you rebook and if there is a fare difference(on the higher side)they will collect from you but if the fare is less for the new dates, they will say there is no difference in fare.
Recently I rebooked my Bangalore -Delhi flight for next month and the online fare will cost me Rs.30, 000 but the ticket I had is about Rs34000.When I asked them need to pay me back the Rs4000 fare difference, they told me there is no difference at all but I could see the lesser fare in online booking and I could check the flight is empty.As I had the proof for the lower price, the call centre girls asked me to write to guest care.I didnt receive any reply for the next two days.I got a reply after my reminder mails that they follow a dynamic fare rule and will not pay back the money.
I really dont understand the dynamic fare rule.All these guys have their own plicy that once receive the money never return it back to the customer and try to retain it by bluffing.
So guys that take care when you to the booking and make sure you have firm dates.
