I have purchased a 32gb kingston pendrive from a offline store
At the time of purchased I asked seller for bill of product( for warranty issues) to which he denied and just write the date of purchase on back of pendrive wrapper
When I asked him about the warranty he told me that if there is no physical damage your product will be replaced if any problem arises and for that you have to contact company
After use of 1 year pendrive stopped responding as I plug it in my laptop
I asked the seller what to do he told me to call the kingston customer care and they will tell you the what is the procedure
Whenever I call them they just listen to my problem and put me on hold either they should just deny me that we cant help you
I dont know why they are even running this company with this kind of behavior
