For those who love Lindsay Lohan the movie is very boring. Let me elaborate. First 40 min of the movie are taken from "Just My Luck"(JML). Our very own Vidya Balan sorry Priya plays Lindsay’s character in KK. Now JML was a teen movie but KK is definitely not so simple. I feel my fav director Mr. Aziz sahab has lost interest in movie making. The story goes through many meaningless situations in between before reaching the happy ending.
Shahid is a very talented actor. But it seems that he has not evolved after the Jab we met success. His expressions are very similar and he keeps his voice monotonus (i guess at a dubbing stage).
Vidya is wasted in a movie. She looks awkward in a vig she is sporting throughout the movie. She looks older than Shahid. And she doesnt open her mouth while talking.
Veterans like Om Puri have every right to act in a movie that gives them good money. He is a great actor and tries his best to save the character he plays.
One wonders why JML was not copied completely. The lucky charm would have continued. Also Raj borrows money from canadian mafia but in the end nothing concludes in that regard. This scene should have been chopped off.
Now the good thing....The movie has a subtle ending. I felt Mr Mirza directed the scene himself after seeing this. We can learn something from it. But thats it.
These days everyone says "EK BAAR DEKHANE LAYAK HAI". I dont understand this. For me the movie is either good or bad. There is nothing like watch it once thing. My rating...dont bother to watch this movie.
Oh I almost forgot, songs are forced in KK. They dont come naturally. If this movie was Subhash Ghai movie I wouldnt have been so disappointed. But its from someone whos AZIZ I am feeling sad.
