You enter the theatre after seeing some fab promos n some good promotional events of the movie n while watching this movie you wish the movie was worth your time and money. Kites is another movie which misleads with the promos except for a few scenes the movie has nothing to offer the ending of the movie is very similar to Ek duje ke liye and qayamat se qayamat tak. The movie is high on style and looks but its lacks the main thing which is a good script. Hrithik tries to bail this one out but its difficult to do that because most of the time instead of looking at the actors we are looking at the subtitles.
The music doesn’t impresses either one of the rare flops in Rajesh Roshan career.Filmcraft has always produced entertaining movies even though they might not have any logic in them but while making this one the makers clearly got confused if to make a entertaining or a path breaking movie but the end product of kites turn out be crap. I heard MR Roshan is dubbing this movie in Spanish he doesn’t need to because the movie is already in Spanish if he wants to dub the movie in a particular language then tell him to dub it in Hindi.
Overall Kites is a big disappointment.
