Infrasoft started some 10 years back as a product company has turned itself into a really good body shopping company. Such a waste of excellent talent.. People working in services projects looks at people from products as if we are from another planet. Even our salary used to be very low compared to them. Never understood this discrimination.
Of course now I dont have to worry about it. Though I am in product development company now, I am treated with equal dignity. The working culture itself has some major issues. Unless they change culture, there is no future for this company for sure..
