Recently I booked a cab from pune to mumbai airport and after successful booking online, got the confirmation mail with the ticket details. But then cab did not come and when I called up customer care, they said their system does not show any booking done so they cant help me out. What does this mean? Payment is successful and I receive mail from them and they say its not done.
I mailed the booking receipt to them. The officials were so illiterate, they did not even know how to check the mail and took 1 hour to do it. Further, they kept on hanging me up each time I called. Each time I had to call from different number. After getting the receipt also, they said they cannot do anything since their system does not show any booking. The officials do not even know to behave politely and started arguing its not their problem. I did not even get my money back.
