Today is the second instance where I unfortunately availed services of KK Travels.
The first time, I used the service from International airport Mumbai. They took over 6 hours to reach Pune. They had to be asked repeatedly to turn on the AC of the vehicle. The drivers (of other vehicles coming from domestic and international airports) keep waiting for each other as if they dont know the route to Pune. On the expressway, they stopped for having snacks, which is normal, but these guys took over an hour to have snacks with passengers waiting to get home. This is still okay if people travel in the day. But this happened in the night. The only good thing was that I was the first one to get out of the vehicle and I sincerely pitied my fellow travelers. Extremely unprofessional and non-understanding behavior from the drivers of KK Travels. People who have travelled for more than 15-16 hours should not make the mistake of chosing KK Travels until and unless you have no other choice. They will definitely ensure that you do not make it to office the next day!
Unfortunately, the second time too, I had taken a late evening flight. But this time it was domestic. I had a confirmed booking of 11pm but no one showed up till 12 and the worst is that the coordinators did not know when the vehicle was going to come. The driver kept lying to his manager that he had picked me up but kept telling me that the the vehicle is coming from somewhere and would pick me up once the vehicle came to him. Totally senseless. If they cannot arrange 2 pick ups in an hours difference, it makes perfect sense to inform the traveler that its not going to happen rather than beating around the bush.
Sincerely people, avoid using this shitty slow service until you have no other choice. Its better to stay overnight in some hotel in Mumbai and take a volvo the next day than taking this torturous ride home.
