We pre-booked a qualis van for 4 persons exclusively to travel from Mumbai airport to Pune. KK promised newer van but it wasn’t. Infact driver stopped at a garage on the way to check worn out tires.
At the airport we had to wait couple hours to get the van. Nobody from KK was waiting for us with the signboard. We had to find them out ourselves. Once we got inside the van, administrator / operator asked money for chai-pani. This is after we paid Rs. 3000 for the ride. And he was drunk.
Driver was driving too fast even after telling him to slow down. Not to mention irratic lane changes on the expressway. So for the service that we got from KK travel the trip was expensive.
