Extreme disgusting Service

Dear Concerns,


First of all, I would like to congratulations to all of the people working in TVS for rising up so quietly and rapidly in technical fields and also appreciate the achievements earned by the company.


After all such really good things, I would like to keep my experience under your kind consideration that it’s being 1 month plus some days I have bought Jupiter from K.K. TVS Najafgarh and had a good experience on the day of purchase. However, it’s great to get a call after each service not even once but twice. This kind of services makes clients feel extraordinary. However, THIS IS THE ONLY inCred824ible thing I felt.


Starting from the beginning:-


After reaching the service center I found there is some numbering pasted over the vehicle and that’s a good thing to avoid lengthy queues and working within the system, BUT THERE IS NO PERSON I FOUND WHO WILL TAKING CARE OF INCOMING VEHICLE AND ASSISTING THEM WITH PASTING THE NUMBER. AND AT-LAST I DID IT MYSELF.


After continuously searching the person to talk as there is only one guy at that point of time who is attending guest and filling their requirements in the service book. And after some wait, a guy came to do the same. FOUND SUCH A LACK OF MAnasultanGEMENT FROM THE CONCERNED H.O.D AT THE MOMENT.


I have shared my points regarding service to the person and handed over the vehicle, the person told me to come at 5.PM, to collect the vehicle(AND THAT’S AN COMMITMENT WHICH VALUES)


I reached at 5:05 P.M and again found NO CONCERN PERSON IS AVAILABLE to whom I can talk regarding the same, I straight went to the billing section he indicated out an individual to whom I can talk, I went to that person, he pointed out another person who is sitting at the desk adjacent to the waiting room and nearby billing section, he told me to wait. I was standing there for 7-10 minutes and asked again to the person, AND WHAT ANSWER I GOT FROM HIM IS “ sir, Bs aa Rhi hai apki scooty” AND THE SAME ANSWER I GOT AFTER AND AFTER. I WAS KEEP ASKING HIM THAT PLEASE CALL TO THE CONCERN WHO IS COMING WITH SCOOTY OR GIVE THE NUMBER SO THAT I CAN ASK A PREFERRED TIME. BUT NO ASSISTANCE PROVIDED AND THEY ARE KEEP MAKING ME FOOL AGAIN AND AGAIN WHICH I FOUND A POOR SERVICE AND I WILL SURELY CONFIDENT THAT IF THIS MAIL IS NOT MAKE YOU PEOPLE AWAKE THEN IT WOULD BE REALLY THRASHING THING TO THE CUSTOMERS AND INTERNALLY FOR THE TVS.


Likewise, I HAVE TO WENT TO THE WASHING PLACE TO COLLECT MY SCOOTY WHICH IS STILL IN THE QUEUE AND NO PERSON IS THERE TO SHARE THE PRIORITY ON VEHICLE THAT WHICH ONE IS THEY HAVE TO WASH PRIOR.


AT last, I WANT TO SHARE SUCH with the person who is still roaming in the premises didn’t know who he is but I shared that this is not a DECENT service from your END and he replied “kaam to aise hi hota hai idhar”


I went to the KK TVS showroom but instead of providing customer care id they shared, the below 2 id’s and I think so 1 is of the showroom itself.

It’s absurd to share such things on mail to the higher mAnasultangement about what services being delivered to the customers in service centers, especially service center of K.K. TVS, Najafgarh,


Prior I was a customer of Hero and now I moved to TVS, and not because of any complaints or conflicts but I found Jupiter good, and also heart and read good things about the company, But at the end all about the services you are offering to the clients that make you differentiate on a great level from the other. However, the first experience of mine with TVS is really bad, don’t know it’s because of lack of knowledge to the lower mAnasultangement or its been ignorance from upper mAnasultangement and extra freedom given to the lower mAnasultangement to behave like such unprofessional and seems they were not working in a good company but working in a roadside service shop.


I truly want to know the motivation behind why such kind of training is happening in right front of you additionally an affirmation and answer will be profoundly valued.


ALSO, ONE SUGGESTION I WANT TO SHARE AS I AM FROM THE HOSPITALITY BACKGROUND, IN ANY COMPANY AT ANY LEVEL WHAT MATTERS A LOT IS WHICH LEVEL OF SERVICES YOU ARE GIVING TO THE GUEST AND AT LAST THE SATISFACTION LEVEL.
