Iam a out patient in KKR under gone a surgery, I was asked to meet the chief Doctor Mr KKR for review. So on 23rd Mar morning 9 am I called the reception to book the appointment with the chief Doctor , I told the receptionist clearly that I have to meet the chief and book me an appointment in the morning, she told he is not available and asked me to come in the evening to meet him . I accepted . Later afternoon I got a call from the hospital saying Dr Sanjay is not available . I never ask for Dr Sanjay. She didnt listen to me properly when I called in the morning and giving wrong information.Then she said Chief is available only the morning, and he has already left for the day by the time I realize the mess made by front desk . Since they are the face of such a reputed hospital, they can do a better job and I request the management to have a close eye on them. They cannot be wasting our time like this .
