If you have time to kill and if you are the types who enjoys your own pain, then you must be watching this Serial Kkusum. The story - Oops - don’t think it has one - It has one too many !! And none of them ever finish !!
A middle class girl who marries, divorces, remarries, loses her new husband, goes back to the old one, deals with evil in laws and friends with confidence, but is a sati savitri when it comes to dealing with her cheating husband. Her daughter grows up.... You imagine it and it is a part of the ’ story ’ or should we call it Sorry !! Now, Kkusums daughter will grow up, get married, divorced, remarry, .... and then , perhaps if the viewers are still alive , her grand daughter will continue to win the sympathy of millions( yes, I guess there are that many sadists out there !!).
One fails to understand where the confidence and self esteem of all these ’ Women of substance ’ disappears when their husbands have extra marital affairs . And if you are watching one serial, you can guess the story of another just by listening to the title song.
So, Dear Ms.Ekta Kapoor, instead of torturing viewers just because Sony has agreed for an extension of the ’Serial’ for another 400 years, please start thinking (Yes, you can do it, still) of using that half an hour in more creative and entertaining ways. Your efforts so far are Pathetic - I am not flattering !!
