Few months pass by and you run into some problem with the administrator of Klay HRBR. You come to pick up your child and you can see your child scared. Your child can’t speak yet. You don’t know what it is. Someone showed their anger and frustration at the child.
Not beating the child or something like that but you are sure your child was scared by someone there. You sent a mail to their so called administrative office. They become defensive and start with subtle threats like "we know XX for many years, we know .blah blah blah". They imply that you don’t have to tell us about our faculty. You don’t like us, bugger off. It is clear that they will go to any extent to keep you silent over a disagreement.
I felt like I am dealing with a real estate builder than a prep school administration.
