My LG washing machine is not working and I raised complaint. Technician visited and fixed the issue. They charged hefty amount 767/- for one visit. Next day again Washing machine stopped working. Again I raised complaint RNP# 250621021408 and promised to be resolved by 21st June 8pm. But no one turned up and when I am calling technician he is rejecting my calls and not responded. I called through out Sunday and still no response and not even single message about his visit. Monday morning(June 23rd) I called customer care centre and executive kept me on hold for more than 14 mins in the name that he is talking to backend support. Finally he promised that your issue will be resolved by today.
When LG failed to provide service by the time they promised why they didnt updated me on the resolution ETA.?
Why technician is not responding even after he promised that he will come and fix problem by Sunday evening.?
Why customer care support put me on hold for 14 mins to raise complaint?
In all this process if LG would have kept the communication updated or technician updated me about his delay it would have been better.
I need an explanation from LG on this worst service.
I dont recommend LG to anyone else.
