It took service engineer a week time to visit my complaint after repetative reminders and calls, then it took company more than one month for a part which is a normal part and kept me hanging around them, calling them, chasing them continuously for more than one month. No one in the system knew when it will be provided. Every time a new date was provided and at last when they gave the final date with a commitment that of it is not fulfilled I will be commercially compensated. Eventually they were not able to get it done and when they got the part they denied to compensate me for the delay. Very poor response systems and pathetic Customer service levels.
