I booked a flight to Japan and because I lost my job and just recently started a new one I had to move my vacation for a couple of days.
I booked a non refundable ticket and called the service hotline to see how much it would cost to change the ticket. I just hear you cant change the ticket you have to purchase a new one. Well a new ticket now costs 1500 Euro damn so I ask okay can I sell ticket to somebody else and the answer no!!! Can I get the 80 Euro I paid for over luggage back (each way) no you accepted the terms and conditions? Well, is it possible to speak with a Manager the answer was NO!!!
I am out of the travel industry and I know very well there is always a way to do something for customer happiness. But not with this Airline so I would recommend to look at other Airlines if you look to receive a bit of extra service.
