We travelled from Indian to Europe via Delhi in Jan 2011 and was stuck 2 days due to Fog in delhi. The filght staff failed in arranging the facilities like accommodation and food. We had stayed on road for 3 hrs to check in hotel room.
Overall it is big junk Airlines. Prefer travel in British or Jet. Best service I had seen.
One more airlines is worst is etihad airlines while returning from europe. Luggage weighting is worst and they won’t follow any customer satisfaction or ambience.
