I have been taking international flights for atleast 4 times a year for last 9 years. Ofcourse all official. I have taken flight with most of the international airlines serving around the world. KLM is the worst experience always.
Amsterdam Mumbai flight is horror. (It is north west operated) Air craft is very very old. Staff at Amsterdam is pathetic.
Every time, I fly from Amsterdam, those officers ask stupid questions even the air line people in Mumbai and Seattle, (now before even they ask I tell them all answer at once). They paste all crapy colored stickers on the passport which are hard to remove. I don’t know why they do it while no air lines do.
Seating space is pathetic, most of the seats have problems, your seat might not recline at all.
Crew members are ok but check-in counter has neven been a good experience even if you are traveling with just one cabin bag and confirmed ticket.
Business class is ok but I will nor recommend economy class in KLM.
