The KLM is a royal dutch airline that has a main port at Amesterdam. The airline management is very poor. There is accountabilty of the time plan and schedule on which the filghts are running. Though the flight pilots and the inside service was good but that doesnt overcome the cons and waeknesses of the airline. I had to fly from U.K to Delhi and then return via same. The inward journey till amesterdam took 1hr which was the only time I got impressed.
All started at Amsterdam where it was 6hrs delayed. Now, in these 6 hrs niether you can go out of the airport nor you can stay at one place, as there is nothing you can do more at airport. During the outward journey, it was lethal. The flight first got delayed again for 6hrs. Now, when customers started complaining and bugging the staff the management decide to provide the services of swtiching the customers to some other flight. So, everybody had to again check-in their luggage and pass through all security barriers.
Now, when the airport is delhi you can even expected some unwanted problems and issues. After all the hassel, I finally the ticket confirmed in JET Airways who had started soon international flights. But my initial flight was to Manchester and now it was Heathrow. So I had to again literally thrash the KLM staff and mangement to provide me a free ticket from Heathrow to Manchester in BMI Airlines. The hieght is that the other option that KLM was giving to the customers was flying on next day, which nobody wanted :) Well, you might be thinking may be it was a because of bad whether or something but howcome all other flights were on time. Finally, I reached home and was very tired and from then onwards I have decided not to travel in KLM Airlines even if they pay me to travel.
