I wish I had an option to give zero stars .. Its amazing how KLN can give a more worse experience than the last time.. 1 year ago I gave my bike for paid service they told me il get the bike delivered after service in 1 day, I called them the next day and they said they are currently working on it and asked for one more day, the same story continued for a week.. so after 7 days I visited KLN service center to find out what was going on and I was shocked to see they havent even touched my bike.. they lie to you so openly .. I got furious cancelled the job card and took my bike to a local mechanic who fixed my problem in under 30 mins and for half the price .. so now recently I had an electrical problem in my bike so I thought to myself its been a year they might have changed .. so i decided to give my bike for service .. guess what the same story.. every day they will tell me they are working on it and say tomorrow.. one week passed by .. I visited the center again and they said its done they are just closing the job card.. I waited for 2 hours for them to simply close the job card .. they think im a fool .. when I reached the service center thats when they even started working on my bike and they stalled me for 2 hours till they completed the repair saying they are closing the job card .. just by the looks I can say when the work was done .. as usual they over charged me .. they said they changed the headlight bulb .. I had put a Phillips bulb worth 400 in my bike which was brand new .. the attendant says there was no bulb in the bike .. what the hell does someone leave the bike for service without the bulb and says my headlight doesnt work .. then after arguing with me he started stating it was a fused bulb .. when I asked for the old spare .. he will say he disposed it .. what liars they are and thefts.. then I returned 3 times to them first time was for.. they didnt install the headlight fairing properly .. one of the screw was loose .. they simply went ahead and forced it in a way it jammed somewhere now I have a vibration on it .. second time I went back .. they didnt connect the speedometer cable .. 3rd time i went back cause they changed the lock set but did not change the side panel lock ..the highlighted part is on the job card under work done it says they repaired the disc brake .. my bike doesnt even have a disc brake .. while I was waiting for 2 hours to collect my bike .. I saw a technician simply remove an air filter element from one of the bikes .. clean it with petrol from the same bike and then put it back .. im sure they will bill that customer saying they changed the air filter element.. these are the ways they do their scam.. imagine taking a week and doing such a poor job.. same day delivery bikes are nothing but only water wash and deliver I guess .. im surprised how bajaj has given them authorization.. I hope they cancel the authorization.. the people there dont have basic courtesy they will say let me check and call you in 5 minutes and they will never call you back .. MY ADVICE TO YOU IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW SAVE YOURSELF DONT PURCHASE YOUR BAJAJ BIKE FROM KLN AND DONT EVEN GIVE IT FOR SERVICE TO THEM .. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER SERVICE CENTERS FOR BAJAJ .. YOUR LOCAL MECHANIC CAN DO 3 TIMES THE BETTER JOB COMPARED TO THEM ..
