I do not understand the process and delivery of the Toll free services by Knowlarity communications. The sales persons do not have the basic idea of what they are selling.
There is no process to see how are requests being carried forward to fulfil the needs of the customer. There is no proper service delivery till 5 days even after payment whereas the salesperson makes false promises for delivery which is no longer believable. I’m literally frustrated with their services.
