You are very much right, my plan was expired and I was told to contact to my sales manager, after long fight I come to know about my account manager, and then come to know that he is actually a third party channel partner not actually employed on company payroll.
I asked company to provide me direct services as I do not want to go through channel partner.you wont believe but company refuse to activate my account.till I resume the service through same channel partner.and due to this I missed around 1000 business calls in 10 days.
Lastly I deposited amount in company account for new service so that I wont loose calls further.but again.due to channel partner interference even after taking the money for new service.they never replied that when they will start my services.
As I was loosing calls every day so I took services from other company and asked them to close my earlier number( my number is still active.but they are not forwarding it to my no.and they are not closing it also.).
and asked them to refund my 36500/rs that I have deposited for new account.you wont believe but none of them was able to reply how and when they will refund it.and I doubt if they will ever refund it or not.
