I have paid and booked for PRINCE2 training in Delhi scheduled during 19-22 January 2012. I had to travel from Kanpur. Knowledgewoods(contact is Tarun Nanda) cancelled the course and informed me via email on 18th Jan at about 12:30 PM (while I was in the train).
The course was "cancelled" almost a week ahead of start date(19th Jan). Tarun / Knowledgewoods failed to inform me well ahead of start date causing me time and money expenses. Knowledgewoods is untrustful in a person’s professional development. Tarun lied to me that course cancellation happened just a day before(i.e 18th Jan). Tarun said according to T&Cs can cancel course within 24 hr notice. Tarun informed me of course cancellation via email not even 24 hrs before. Tarun misrepresents his business and misleads customers. Tarun has not provided me this T&Cs even though asked multiple times.
Tarun said he does not care about customers. It is not possible to talk to managers of knowledgewoods(their phone is not known and sit behind security and secured premises). Tarun, his managers and Knowledgewoods can be classed as bullies and thugs running a business where easy money is(education).
Knowledgewoods had refunded me course fees. I had asked for compensation which was denied. I lost 6 days in the process and have to forfeit interviews which were dependent on PRINCE2 certification.
