We have a stringent Feedback Mechanism where all our trainers are assessed on variety of parameters including “How well they answered queries from the audience?” In case, any participant provides adverse feedback across any parameter, he/she is contacted individually and concerns are addressed on a priority basis.
However, in your case it looks like the concern/issue has not reached/not been addressed.

We are the only PMI® Global REP that provides Toll Free Number & Dedicated Team of trained staff for Post-Training Support right from PMI® Membership, PMP® Application and even talking to PMI® Customer Care if participants are not able to get seats in Prometric Centers. We also provide mail based support for question/answer clarification and almost all our participants who have become PMP® Certified have benefitted from the same.
On top of it – we have a single point contact for escalation when it comes to Training Delivery/Post Training Support.
