Kockar info Tech is a private limated CRM and ERM company.
Its has many branches mostly located in PUNJAB state, I joined Kochar a
year ago as a fresher in BPO industry I was very nervous about
customer care service because I had never done in my whole life
before, that what the customer aks on the call and how fast the other
operates the system and manage all the mandatory datas very quickly.
But after a few months I got the same and doing good, getting better
feedbacks from my TL and QC I had also got a goodie for good call
qualities.I seen there that this company seeks experience with
confidence, because many got promoted very soon under 6 months of
experience.If you want to join Kockar you need to have passion of
talking more people and helping them very quickly.
