Kochar is the worst bpo company I have ever worked. I am telling this because at the time of joining they are showing the salary that they will pay but at the time of salary they are provide you less than your recommended salary that they told at the time of joning.Not ony this the experienced ones in that company who are working more than 1 year in that company, they are getting far less salary than the freshers ones who has recently joined that company.
And chances of promotion are far more than your imagination. And the transportation management of only one side drop is the worst which regularly wastes a lot of time in selecting the cab of the different route of employees because the particular cab are not fixed for different routes so our shift ends at 1 am but they provide us cab of their own choice of route at 1:45 am which finally departs at nearly 2 am , not only this the employees who are living near and expected to get the first drop but they are getting the last drop due to the irresponsible drivers who has many friends in experienced callers/employees, the drivers providing them the first drop as per as their advice and does not give importance to the new ones so they reached home nearly at 3 am, how pathetic is this?
Nearly it takes 2 hours to reach home as the shift ends at 1 am and reaching home at 3 am.So I left that company and I recommend all of the job finders not to join KOchar to waste their time and career.And most importantly the company provided you the salary in your account 7 days after of your salary date.So that if you want to leave that company with taking your salary then you must leave the 7 days of your working salary as per as the company.Go to hell this company. And most importantly there is no OT [over time] in this company.
