This is feedback for the Highland holiday homes-Parade Resort at Kodaikanal.

1. Location is excellent Rooms are good at the price 2. Views from room are good 3. Travel helpdesk is helpful & prompt 4. Hot water arrangement is very good 5. Garden is well maintained 6. Room service worst (A. Spoons not provided with food served to the room, not provided even after repeatedly calling. B. The water was not being sent even called thrice, sent only after shouting on fourth call. C. Towels/soaps were provided only on third request) 7. Food is not good at the price, serving North Indian food should be immediately stopped. 8. No proper communication between resort & Chennai office. (At 5 hrs before starting to the destination, Chennai office called & informed that either you postpone your programme or adjust a day stay somewhere else. Contact person at resort somehow managed the things) 8. Except 2-3, resort attendants hardly understand Hindi/English. 9. Policy of refund is not fair. Just to adjust refund, why we must get your services again? if we don’t wish to? 10. Chennai office condition is bad 11. Best part is that I got a call from company for the feedback.  12.
