Although the owner has invested a lot of money and made it very beautiful but made a big mistake while choosing Staff. The worst staff I have seen in any hotel. It is a hill station , so if you can spend the night without blankets so go and stay in this hotel. Even we have selected highest price Honeymoon suit and when in night we requested for blankets they told they do not provide blankets . What the hell with this.The manager don’t know how to talk to customers. If you are north Indian , manager will talk to you like enemy. So I request all the North Indian not to stay in this hotel.
The Hotel in cheating with the government also. They are giving bill without TIN no. and reg. no. no tax details are mentioned over the bill.
