Paid 100% for BTP but course did not started I, Anand, had enrolled for the BTP course with your institute by making a full advance payment of 40000( Rs Forty Thousand) on 30th March 2025. I was assured that the course would commence on the 2nd of April, 2025
Despite this assurance, the course has not started as promised, and no valid explanation has been provided for the delay. Your failure to commence the course on the agreed date constitutes an unfair trade practice, causing me mental distress and financial loss.
I have made multiple attempts to seek clarification regarding the commencement of the course, but no satisfactory response has been received. This delay and lack of communication have led me to lose trust in your institution’s credibility.
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and as per applicable laws, I hereby demand an immediate refund of the full amount paid within seven(7) days of receipt of this notice. Failure to comply with this demand will compel me to initiate legal proceedings, including but not limited to filing a complaint with the consumer court and other relevant authorities.
