excellent excellent lyrics by gulzaar saab... hundred times hats off to him.like a.r.rahman in composing, gulzaar saab has touched that optimum level that other lyricists can not even think about it.the way he has written, it clearly indicates his own life journy in his ghazals.
jagjeet saab is also excellent in this album.mostly all the songs sets to his voice.and again, jagjeet saab proves his excellency. so, shall v start our journy of "koi baat chale"????
first track..... zindgi kya hai jaanne ke liye zinda rahna bahot zaroori hai... a three lines composition... very very hidden meanings, needs attention to understand
e.g. aao hum sab pahan le aaine, sare dekhenge apna hi chehra, sabko sare haseen lagenge yahaan....and humko ghalib ne dua di thi tum salaamat raho hazaaro baras , ye baras to fakat dino me gaya...
jagjeet saab is excellent here.superb compositions goes rightaway through heart.each line is awsome, must understand all the lines... specially the last line of this track (ill not write that line here, it has its own mood.just listen it and...feel it)
second track... aap agar in dino yaahan hote, hum zameen par bhal kaha hote.... a beautiful composition with touchy https://lyrics.beautiful dialogue of gulzaar saab in the initiation of this track... a soothy track..recalls memories of sweet moments.good piano playing in the interlutes.ending this track’s review with followin beautiful lines... mere aage nahi tha gar koi, mere pichhe to kaarvaan hote....aap agar in dino yahaan hote....
third track... hai lau zindgi... a sad, touchy compositoin with some beautiful pieces of interlutes. I think jagjeet saab has proven his excellency in this song. though being a simple composition, it is having beautiful expressions.
fourth track... a title track, nazar uthao zara tum to kainaat chale, hai intezaar ke aankho se koi baat chale. a romantic, silky composition. sounds familier beacuse the composition is similar to gulmahor gar tumhara or dil ka rishta. beautiful violine - saxophone combination in this song.just listen it....
fifth track, kya batayein ke jaan gayi kaise... a beautiful composition, a song which is having great hidden meaning, excellent https://lyrics.jagjeet saab has sung from his heart.it seems that both, jagjeet and gulzaar saab are telling their own story in his ghazal.
sixth track... phoolon ki tarah lab khol kabhi... a different kind a composition. we can feel the charm of ghulam ali saab and mehandi hasan saab in this comosition.the composition is amongst very few of this kind. very very nice lyrics here, too.
seventh track, sehma sehma dara sa rahtaa hai... this was in marasim in a dialogue form, here it is a composition. a sad, tragic, slow composition. gulzar speaks beautiful two liner in the start of the song.good to hear.
eighth track... teri soorat... again a three line composition, having hidden meanings.very good combination of tabla and pano in the interlutes.
overall, a beautiful album for those who r jagjeet lovers, gulzaar lovers and finally music lovers.. ending with the beautiful three liner of the eighth track.
