Don’t curse me for giving a title like that. To be frank esha does not fit into bollywood bill. She does not have a photogenic face nor she can act. She is a sure let down to her mom, hema malini.
Coming down to the movie KOI MERE DIL SE POOCHE. Produced by Boney Kapoor and Directed by Vinay Shukla. Starring Esha Deol, Aftaab, Jaya Bachan and Sanjay Kapoor.
Story in short, Aftaab falls in love with esha deol in a fashion institute. But esha deol does not have a interest in him. After many declines she finally begins to love aftaab. We have forgotten a main character, jaya bachan is esha’s mother. But in reality she is her mother-in-law. When aftaab and esha decide to get married, esha’s past comes in front of her as sanjay kapoor. sanjay kapoor is a psycho husband of esha who she thought was killed in an accident.
Finally what happens is a suspense element in the movie.
Only saving grace is mohabbatein spoof. Which could have been better if it had look alike of shahrukh and amitabh.
No actor was impressive except jaya bachan. Music is jut passable. In total koi mere dil se pooche is a total let down. Story had the potential but poor performances by leading stars and bad direction made it a never-watch movie.
Final Word...Watch if you have nothing to watch.
