Hello guys, I am Abhishek Dhyani and today I am gonaa share my experience with Koinex.in with you guys. Guys I literally love to trade in cryptocurrency and I was using foreign exchanges for buying and selling cryptocurrency. Few fews back, I came to know about Koinex.in that it is made in India crypto exchange and secure fast stuff like that. So did register on Koinex. Guys, I want to clear one thing that their registration process is damn slow. I took more than a week for my KYC to get approved from Koinex. I think its their less staff issue, anyway its do shows negative impression to the new customers.
Then I deposited around rs 8000 to my Koinex account and now I can’t withdraw it. They are saying that " we are working on our withdrawal process and this may take upto weeks ". Guy I seriously need my money back as I have purchase new Laptop but I can’t withdraw just because of poor withdrawal policy of Koinex.
Although, we should appreciate such Indian exchanges as we can trust them. Foreign exchanges are situated at other countries so if any fraud happen, then we can’t even contact them.
