I have only experience about one specific department. Radiation Oncology department get patents by giving hefty commission to government doctors. Their only focus is to extract money and provide treatment even if it is unwarranted for the case.
Infrastructure - Average
Doctors- Non-caring, unprofessional and greedy and not competent but try to project an image as if they are experts. Quality of medical advice is worst than a government hospital
Staff Attitude- they are helpless as doctors use them to meet their targets.
