I have booked an apartment in Kolte-Patil’s Wakad project and like everybody I was concerned about the delay in the possession date. I called the Kolte-Patil immediately, and I was assured by their representative that the work is in full swing and that there is a valid reason why it get delayed. Well, I hope they keep their promise like they always have.
I also enquired about the underdeveloped road which leads to the project. They said by the time of the possession the road will be fully developed for the easy transportation.
