I had book two ticket from Shirdi to Mumbai on 6th march 2011 by Konduskar travels through Red bus. I was traveling with my wife. No issues with redbus as the booking was proper and I got proper seat. Bus started and hour late and after say about 30 min of travel the bus A/c stop functioning and it was around 3.00 pm in hot sun. We started feeling suffocating. We inform driver and cleaners about this. They told us arrogantly that it was functioning when we started our journey and if you have problem you can go by ST bus.
Again after some time when it was difficult to sit in the bus as in Volve bus there are no windows we again inform the driver, he just park the bus aside on the highway in hot sun and told us that he will not drive the bus and you all can manage your self. He then started fighting with the passengers. At last we told him that we are going to call police and they will take care of this situation. They were then afraid and were ready to take bus till Nashik at Konduskar office in same condition without A/c.
At Konduskar office in Nashik when we inform them about the situation they told us that they cannot arrange other bus for us after long fight of passenger they refunded us our money back by deducting 30% and we had to manage our-self from Nashik to Mumbai. It was a very tough time for me and especially when your with your family.
I will never suggest anybody to go by Konduskar Travels. Their buses are old, Management is poor and main thing there driver/cleaner don’t have manners to talk to passengers. I can understand after all its a machine and may fail some time but in such situation it’s their responsibility to talk properly and provide service to passengers after all we are paying money.
