No customer support

I ordered a tshirt from the koovs and get that deliverd after 5-6 days after order is placed but when I opened the package the tshirt was defected.

So I contacted the customer support and they said they will resolve my problem by replacing it. After many attempts from my side their delivery boy came pickedup the package and replaced it.
