I recently ordered denims from KOOVS. And placed COD and product was delivered within 4-5 days of order placement.
I recieved a wrong product with wrong size, called them on helpline no and they asked me to mail my doubts.
I mailed them my doubt related to the wrong product recieved with proper photographs attached. Within 24-hours I got a reply from them saying they need closeups along with tags.
I mailed them the next day proper closeups with tags and related to the product.
From then I haven’t received any reply from them. And now their apps shows there is no exchange/no refund.
What do I do of the product that was mistaken from their end and plus the wrong size.
Plus I payed entire amount of the product without any discount.
Highly disappointed with them. Will never ever buy anything from them and would not ask my family/friends to do it as well.
FRAUD!
SCAM!
Do not buy products from them.
