Looks like everyone is facing the same issue. Bad service and on top of that worse customer support. I had ordered a product from Koovs and delivery was expected in a week. But I did not receive the product on time.
Great thing is that they started processing my order only after me asking them again and again about the status of the product. Till now I have not received my product and it has been 2 weeks. They are not even returning my money.
