I ordered a shopping coupon for portable hard disk online. My transaction went through and my account was debited . Koovs team says that their account is not credited and I haven’t received any coupon still after 15 days after transaction.
There is no proper response from the number given on the site. It is personal mobile number and call is not picked many times. Please be aware of such sites which are mushrooming without proper support and technical infrastructure..
