Worst service

I had ordered a hair dryer from koovs.com


For the first 24 hours the status of order


Was incomplete , when I called the customer support they ask me for wait 48 hours .after 48 hours the status did not change but they gave me verbal assurance that the order has been completed .They said that the product


Will be shipped in 7 days when I called


After a weel to know if the product was shipped and it was not but the person assured me that it will be shipping soon


I tracked them for about 4 -5 days to know when they were going to ship the product but everytime used to get different information.


When I check the order status it was cancelled . And I already paid for this online so I ask for refund then my will give me after many days .Then finaly I stopped shopping from koovs.and don’t anyone but anyting from koovs .


Worst shopping store.
