I have been using this website for long for ordering products online. I have always liked Koovs service. However, you cannot blame an online site for the default on part of sellers. The pros will be- Good packaging, Timely delivery, excellent service. I will continue to be koovs user and expecting them to continue the same level of service to maintain good customer relationship.
