I have placed order on 5th March 2012 and made payment online for the Acer Liquid Metal S120 Mobile phone via order number 575821 by paying Rs.14350/-
So far I have not received the product. After a week of patience I called up them and asked for refund, they keep saying we will send the product and some time they say they will refund the money as they dont have stock. They keep changing their statements every day.
Today it is 27th March and just now they are saying we have not received the payment.
I have approached a consumer lawyer and he has promised me to teach koovs a lesson with the communications they have made to me all these days. When I communicated this to KOOVS they say it will b sorted out in next 24 hours, and this is probably 20th time they are saying so.
Even the customer care are rude and even laugh while they talk to you
PLEASE AVOID KOOVS .COM AND SHOP ON FLIPKART OR LETSBUY.
KOOVS ARE CERTIFIED FRAUDSTERS.
