THINKING ABOUT KOOVS? KILL THE THOUGHT RIGHT NOW !

I ordered a 40" LED TV from this site for my parents marriage anniversary gift. The biggest mistake I have done was, I didn’t read the reviews prior making purchase. I made purchase on 27th Feb. On 29th Feb, the online order status says "Shipping Status: In Progress". In the school where I learnt English, Shipping status : In Progress means, Order is "finished" processing and the product is on its way to shipping address. To my surprise it is NOT the case. When I called just to double check if the shipping status is really "In Progress", I was informed that the account is in "FLAGGED" status. What the hell that means to a customer? Well, Koovs has an answer, "Sir, your amount is stuck in EBS gateway.We need a copy or your PAN card or Passport" Now that’s interesting, because the amount from my credit card got deducted the very same day when I made purchase, but KOOVS says, please understand, we cannot do anything until we get the money !!! Learn the online business.


Then why dont you guys fcukin inform your customers proactively?? Why dont you guys display a note at the time of order that you need a copy of PAN/Passport depending on purchase amount???? The worst part is, I was not informed about this by KOOVS neither by calling me nor by sending me an email. I emailed the passport copy 4 days back. It’s been more than 7 days since I placed order, and the Shipping Status is still in Progress and KOOVS says they still didn’t receive money because they are still awaiting on my Passport copy. WHAT A JOKE !!!???? I emailed the passport copy, and one of their agent confirmed that she received the passport copy 4 days back and another agent today says they are still waiting on the copy !!!!! GOD, MAY THESE GUYS CLOSE THEIR BUSINESS SOON SO THAT OTHER FELLOW FREINDS ARE SAVED FROM THESE MISERIES !!!!!
