I bought a 8GB SD card thinking I can make use of during my trip to other countries. But, the product wasn’t delivered before I boarded my flight. I returned from my trip after 10 days to find out that its not been delivered yet. One of the hopeless online customer service I have ever experienced till date.
I RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM KOOVS.. Hopeless service. Upper management should take a look at this else, days are not far when koovs will have to shut shop.
