The online shopping from koovs for me is not comfortable or not compatible for me or my kinda person.first of all the product is too creepy . The actual product which has shown in app is totally different form what we get.as its size issue and quality issue is also there.and if you don’t like this product the return procedure is also difficult. First go to the online website go to my account . Then from there the click the main details. Then apply for the return then print the return slip .then cut it copy the address.so bulllshit. Lenthy process not easy to customer.make it short and easy
