Koovs came out with lottery for Apple IPhone 4 & Samasung Galaxy tab somewhere in July’2011.
The deal for Apple was supposed to be closed on 21/08/2011 but the extended it till 01/09/2011. By 21/08/2011 almost 3800 peoples purchased this deal but by 01/09/2011 more than 6200 people purchased it.
The deal for Samsung Galaxy was to be closed on 31/08/2011.
The results for both lottery was supposed to be announced on 31/08/2011 but still they have not declared any results.
This is clear case of cheating.
